The Rossini Festival is returning to Knoxville for its 21st year and this edition marks the first time the festival will last two days. The Rossini Festival will be in Downtown Knoxville on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, April 21 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
