A group of South Canterbury people against the live export of animals hopes to host another protest next month. A small but committed group of about 30 turned up to Timaru’s Port Loop Rd on Saturday to protest in light of Thursday’s departure of the 189.5-metre long Al Kuwait, which loaded about 8861 live cattle for China on Wednesday evening.
