(CBS 58) - Jose s Blue Sombrero in Brookfield will permanently close following a fire in early January. DeRosa Corporation recently announced the Brookfield location, 20371 W. Bluemound Road, will close due to extension damage from a fire that started inside a kitchen a wall. The restaurant has been closed since the fire on Tuesday, Jan. 5. Officials say the cost of necessary repairs do not make economical business sense at this time. We are so proud to have been part of the Brookfield community and want to extend a heartfelt and sincere thank you to all of our loyal customers who we ve had the pleasure of serving for almost 15 years, DeRosa said.
