This girl is AMAZING!
Her name is Rory Van Ulft- she s a 7-year-old Canadian gymnast who just became the youngest under 11 and under 13 US Youth National Weightlifting in history. The irony is she started weightlifting 2 years ago after she was injured doing gymnastics, and wasn t strong enough for certain events. Currently, she can snatch (a term used with the clean and jerk styles) 70 pounds, squat 134 pounds, and deadlift 176 pounds!! SHE S 7!!
