Crews pulled a young boy from the mangled debris. The boy talking with his rescuers before he was carried off. And earlier cnn spoke with a man who rushed to the scene after the collapse, and he heard the boy screaming. I could hear Somebody Yelling and screaming. Myself and another individual decided to get closer. It was at that point i could begin to hear him clearly and hear by his voice that he was a little boy. Couldnt have been more than in his preteens. So then ....
