Rapper Jack Harlow’s DJ charged in deadly shooting

Ronnie Lucciano, the DJ for Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow, has been indicted in the death of a woman, following a shooting on last Saturday, May 8. The “What’s Poppin’ rapper who is signed to DJ Drama and Don Cannon’s Generation Now record label, in conjunction with Atlantic Records, was also in the club when the shooting occurred.

Jack Harlow took to Instagram to break his silence on the Louisville shooting over Derby weekend, which killed 37-year-old Kasmira Nash.
On Thursday (May 13), Harlow wrote, My heart is broken by the events that occurred over Derby weekend. My heart breaks for Kasmira, her children, and everyone else touched by this tragic death. My heart breaks for my city, a place that s been through too much pain already. I ve been in touch with Kasmira s family during this unimaginably painful time, and I m grateful to them for keeping the lines of communication open. Nothing can reverse what happened. Too many lives have been changed forever. My life will remain committed to making Louisville a better place.

Ronnie T. O Bannon, DJ to hip hop star Jack Harlow, has just been indicted for murder charges stemming from a nightclub shooting in Louisville on May 1st.

Vibes was hosting a 2021 Derby Weekend Kickoff party that Friday night before the next day s horse racing spectacle, according to its Facebook page, with DJ Drama a featured guest. Authorities say the club was well attended at the time of the incident, however there were no other injuries, Smiley said. The Homicide Unit is handling the investigation and believe both shootings took place inside the venue.”
Police have not confirmed whether Harlow was inside the nightclub at the time of the shooting, though video posted online claims to show Harlow inside the venue when gunfire rang out.
The owner of Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge said he is not commenting on the case, but the business later released a statement on its social media channels.
