He is in jail while the mother has been at the bas side at Childrens Hospital in oakland. Doctors reaattached the nose but are waiting to see if the surgery was successful. Police say it happened on thursday. They got a call saying that the baby was bleeding from his nose. The baby is only a mock month old.
