The Freedom Through The Word Church concert series welcomes Trinadora (Janel Nelson and Ron Holm) for a return all-gospel performance. The concert will feature some of glorious music that has anchored the Christian faith tradition for the past 300 years, as well as original compositions and songs for the Christmas season. The duo selects from keyboard, guitar, fiddle, ocarina, concertina, bass, lap steel, jSax, and other instruments to self-accompany our vocals. Some of songs evoke group singing, and the audience will have and opportunity to "make a joyful noise". There is no admission charge. A free-will offering will occur during the concert. ....
The Concerts On The Creek team has created a once-a-month Sunday series called 'Inspiration On The Creek' (IOTC). This month the series welcomes the Stateline's genre-jumping multi-instrumentalists - Trinadora (Janel Nelson and Ron Holm). IOTC artists perform inspiring secular songs as well as music of faith traditions. The concerts do not include preaching or liturgy. <br/><br/>There is no attendance charge. Free-will donations pay the musicians and defray the church's hosting costs. A $10 donation is suggested for those who do not prepay. Attendance is limited to 150.
