STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. With plenty of pig and gourmet barbecue sauce on hand, the 5 Boro PicNYC lands next month on Staten Island at Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden, Livingston. The all-inclusive porcine picnic will happen rain or shine Saturday, May 29. Organizers from Food Karma Projects are calling it the “ultimate Memorial Day barbecue and picnic.” ....
