Romania’s state-owned natural gas producer Romgaz has informed the capital market about its shareholders’ decision to distribute 20% of 2023 net profit under the form of dividends.

Romgaz, Romania’s main natural gas producer and supplier, in 2023 generated consolidated turnover worth RON9 billion, down 32%, and RON2.8 billion net profit, up 10.4% from 2022.
Romanian natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz (SNG.RO) plans to sell EUR500 million worth of bonds in the second half of 2024 in order to finance the Neptun Deep project in the Black Sea, alongside OMV Petrom, the largest integrated energy company in South-Eastern Europe.
