First, does everyone hate us, and if so, why?

'Welcome Home Armageddon!': 10 years of Funeral For A Friend's best album

28.04.21 | Alex Sievers
2021 marks a decade since the best and most explosive Funeral For A Friend record, ‘Welcome Home Armageddon!’
Released on March 14th through Distiller Records in the U.K. and via Good Fight Music over in the U.S., I have no idea why ‘
Welcome Home Armageddon!‘ isn’t spoken of with the same reverence as ‘
Casually Dressed & Deep In Conversation‘ (2003) or even ‘
Hours‘ (2005). For this is
Funeral For A Friend’s best record; like a relevant, direct sequel to those first two much-loved albums. I will forever die on this hill, over and over again, day in and day out, like a famous-less, post-hardcore Bill Murray. ....

Killarney duo 'Greywind' set to release new single, 'Am I Asleep', on February 19

With news this week that the current level five restrictions are set to last until April 12, at least there was at least good news for Killarney band Greywind , which is set to release its latest single this coming Friday.
The band, which is made up of brother-and-sister pairing Paul and Steph O Sullivan, will be releasing Am I Asleep? on February 19.
As for most musicians, it s been a tough year for Paul and Steph, but they still feel that the arrival of 2021 has brought with it a fresh start.
The pair certainly had luck on their side when it came to getting the single recorded, which they managed to do early last year, right before the start of the pandemic. ....
