Last week, an acting NYS Supreme Court Justice in Steuben County ruled the newly drawn Congressional and Legislative districts in the state to be unconstitutional and must be redrawn immediately. But, after an appeal, everything is back in limbo.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik will run for reelection in the newly-formed 21st congressional district, which has gone from 12 whole or partial counties to 18 whole or partial counties, stretching from
