Diane “Dee” Lynn Ross Klinger, 67, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born August 12, 1953, in Tranquility, NJ, daughter of Alberta Raymond Ross and the late R. Roland Ross.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister, Susan Singer.
Dee was a case manager at the Work Force, Wheeling, WV and a member of New Life United Methodist Church. She was involved in both the Girl & Boy Scouts and the PTA as her children were growing up. She was past president of the local PTA unit, Ohio County PTA and the West Virginia PTA. ....
