Ministri i Naftës i Irakut, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, deklaroi se kompanitë e mëdha të huaja të naftës, të tilla si British Petroleum (BP), duan të tërhiqen nga ky vend.
Ministri Abdul-Jabbar i paraqiti parlamentit irakian informacionin mbi situatën aktuale në sektorin e naftës në vend.
“Kompania Royal Dutch Shell tashmë është tërhequr nga Iraku. BP gjithashtu dëshiron të tërhiqet, ashtu si kompanitë e tjera të huaja”, tha Abdul-Jabbar.
Ai më tej tha se Lukoil gjithashtu ka njoftuar zyrtarisht se po shiste aksionet te kompanitë kineze dhe se ExxonMobil tashmë është tërhequr nga Iraku. ....

Baghdad, 04 lug 18:25 - (Agenzia Nova) - Le compagnie petrolifere Bp e Lukoil stanno valutando di ritirarsi dall’Iraq, a causa del deterioramento dell’ambiente degli investimenti nel Paese. Lo ha detto al parlamento di Baghdad il ministro del Petrolio iracheno, Ihsan Abdul Jabbar Ismail, citato dai media iracheni. “Shell si è ritirata, Bp si è ritirata e Lukoil ha dato notifica formale della (sua intenzione) di vendere le proprie quote ai cinesi. Exxon Mobil si è ritirata”, ha detto il ministro. “L’ambiente degli investimenti al momento in Iraq è inadeguato a trattenere investitori importanti. Tutti i grandi investitori stanno o cercando un altro mercato o un altro partner”, ha detto il ministro.
