Those who are fully vaccinated or been infected with Covid-19 earlier can now leave quarantine after three days if they test negative to the virus. A few more countries were added to the list of those from which Norwegians can avoid otherwise mandatory hotel quarantine. Justice Minister Monica Mæland admitted once again that Norway’s rules can cause great confusion and frustration, also among border patrol personnel.
