Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is promoting a miraculous medication that he claims neutralizes COVID-19 without any side effects, a claim doctors said was not backed by science.
Maduro on Sunday evening presented the drug Carvativir, an oral solution he said was tested on patients in a Caracas hospital and a sports center used as an emergency medical facility. 
10 drops under the tongue every four hours and the miracle is done, Maduro boasted on live television. It is a powerful antiviral.
Venezuela s President Nicolás Maduro addressed the nation on live television to promote Carvativir, an oral drug which he claims helps patients recover from COVID-19 infection. Maduro said that scientists worked on the drug for nine months, adding patients need to administer 10 drops under the tongue every four hours and the miracle is done ....
