The provision of housing units for agrarian reform beneficiaries belonging to the Albay Dairy Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a joint undertaking of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
