BedfordJoy L. Hann, 54, of Bedford, passed through this world into the arms of past loved ones on Christmas day at UPMC Altoona Hospital due to complications of the dreaded COVID-19. She was born on January 3, 1966, in Everett, a daughter of Cecil Hann of Bedford and the late Shirley (Wertz) Hann. She is survived by two brothers, Barry Wertz of Bedford, and Rodney Hann also of Bedford; a very special nephew, Corey and wife Karey and their two sons, Deegan and Max Wertz, whom she loved very much; also her gracious aunt Alice Price, who was like a mother to her, and a cousin Alice Jean and so many more. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Troy Mickel and they are together at last. ....
