And it s time to ask questions.
Some of what I write may not seem to be a big deal to a few people though these are just some things people can do for their local comic store.
First off, and this is a biggie for the average comic store, be honest with your comic store. Even though we tell everyone starting a pull box (a pull box is for customers wanting to make sure comics coming out are set aside for them so they are available when they can make it to the comic store), the only thing we ask is they come in once a month to pick up the comics. At times comic books have a unique form of storytelling. Comic books have been around for decades. Comic book continuity is a comic publisher s attempt to link various stories told by the publisher together. Some people love comic book continuity; some do not. Why do comic book publishers use continuity? It is a great way to try to increase sales with crossovers. King in Black is the latest Marvel crossover. Then Lunar came along as a supplier for DC Comics. No secret shopper program, no paying for comic shipments to arrive a day before the official release date. Diamond did away with their secret shopper program due to Lunar. Lunar surprised me, and their shipment arrived days before their release dat

2021 is seeing a lot of hot back issues.
Star Wars is blazing hot currently. I could have typed up a 25 hot
Star Wars list by itself. People that have been collecting
Star Wars comics for years may easily have comics worth hundreds of dollars.
