here say homicide detectives are making good progress getting a lot of tips as they look at anyone who may have had access to that apartment building. live at police headquarters, david henry, channel6 action news. jim. thank you, david. police say a woman is in stable condition tonight after being hit by a stray bullet. they say the 32-year-old heard several shots last night at 11 o clock while driving near 17th and susquehanna in north philadelphia. one bullet sliced through the back of her car and hit her in the neck. she felt a pain but didn t realize that she had been hit until she had driven several blocks. her two passengers were not hurt. police have not made any arrests. only action news was there as radnor township police arrested five people in a prostitution sting today. police brought the suspects to district court in newtown square to appear before a judge late last night. law men say three women offered sex to an undercover law enforcement official in
now but they did take a lot of money from us. reporter: but say it all makes sense why they heard this. dr. nick who is the owner, he s as far as i know he was arrested by the u.s. marshals. reporter: a records search indicates that both the locations in bustleton and willow grove are owned by dr. mehdi nikparvar or as patients call him dr. nick and he is in fact in federal custody. arrested back in august on the 29th by the u.s. marshals on a civil contempt charge. but agents say when he was being transferred from his practice to u.s. marshals field office he made threats against the deputies and now he s facing more charges for that. now agents wouldn t tell us exactly why they were making the raids here today in willow grove but neighbors we spoke with describe what they say was some very unusual activity happening here. i just seen lines of people in the morning waiting for the office to open. reporter: that s a woman who only gave us her first name of mary. she

so, as that moisture first arrives it starts as snow. but then we get the changeover. so, the change to rain really happens again from the southeast to the northwest. south jersey, delaware, it s pretty early tomorrow morning, between 5 o clock and 8 o clock. the i-95 corridor it s between 8 o clock and 11 o clock but that cold air will be holding on a lot longer in our far north and west suburb. don t get that changeover to rain until midday, between 11 o clock in the morning and 2 o clock in the afternoon and that ice could cause a lot of problems. this is the break down for that storm. the first part occurring early saturday morning midday that snow to ice to rain. saturday afternoon and saturday night we get a lull, just lots of clouds, some drizzle, some dense fog in the far northwest suburbs. sunday it s a rainy day and temperatures crash. we start the day in the 60 s, drop down into the 40 s. much colder by monday morning. i ll have more details on the storm and also h
