Bonnie Singleton grew up in rural Wisconsin, in a town so small it made Colorado Springs seem startlingly large. âNew Auburn is a town of 500. and I graduated with a class of 27 students,â Singleton recalls. âYeah, teeny tiny. âWhen I moved to the Springs, it was kind of shocking.
