CAMDEN Herbert Günther Peters, 89, passed away peacefully at his home in Camden, on October 20, 2023, with his family by his side. He lived his first twenty-six years in Germany, the next decade in New York City, and spent the last five decades.
A drought that left Utah with one of the worst water years on record revealed the remnants of a ghost town that was purposefully flooded in the 1950s to create the Wanship Dam.
