As heavy snow finally makes its way to southeast Minnesota, non-profits in Rochester are working to make sure the homeless population stays warm and dry.

“Thank you for ringing” was a regular comment heard by almost all the hundreds and hundreds of us volunteer bell-ringers during the recently completed Rochester Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign. Your gracious acknowledgment of us and our efforts, part of approximately 3,500 total hours of ringing, was greatly appreciated.
