Fees are being reduced for those who want to get a snow plowing license in milwaukee. Starting tomorrow the fee to get a license will decrease from 50dollars to 10bucks. Just as pete explained. Its not safe to be outdoors for long periods of time. And people need to take that into consideration when it comes to their pets. Animal control officer paul schmidt, with the milwaukee area domestic animal control commission, patrols for pets in danger.
