This baby were told by police was discovered around 5 30 this evening. Police say it was found unresponsive inside a dufflebag inside a home which where we are now on the 5800 block of norfolk street. Someone took the baby to the hospital by private car when it was pronounced dead at the hospital a half hour later. Police physical me the mother of that child is a 22yearold that mother was taken to the hup last night also by private car and admitted she still believed to be in the hospital at this time.
