Describing. two counties, bladen. a couple things there. number one, of all the counties, this is a small rural county. of all the counties in north carolina, the concentration of absentee ballots in this county was greater than you saw, the percentage of voters voting by absentee was greater here than any other county. it was significantly higher than anywhere else. then you look at the absentee ballot results for that county, and they were different than every other county. every other county in the district, the democrat was winning these absentee by mail votes. in bladen county, harris, the republican won it. you have this weird thing where the republican wins it there and nowhere else. even in the republican counties he wasn t winning the absentee ballots. and then robeson, the largest ....
