The boutique Idle Rocks hotel, a member of Relais & Châteaux, boasts a prime waterfront position in Cornwall's idyllic St Mawes, a remote fishing village on the Roseland Peninsula, long beloved by celebrities, Prime Ministers and the British Royal Family.
