Gladle, 25, Gouverneur, was charged Sunday, Jan. 31 at 11:15 p.m. for second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance – meth, and unlawful disposal of meth. Police said on Nov. 23, 2020 Gladle possessed approximately 3.6 ounces of methamphetamine and disposed a red and black backpack containing methamphetamine in the yard of the Family Dollar store in Gouverneur which contained an active one-pot methamphetamine lab. He was arrested, processed and virtually arraigned in front of Waddington Town Court Judge Shannon Robinson.
