A Hillsborough County Grand Jury-Southern District has indicted Robert Gagnon, 45, of Manchester, for first-degree murder in the death of 83-year-old Robert Prest in Lyndeborough last Nov. 23, as well as attempted murder in the shooting of Carlos.
Robert Gagnon of Manchester, New Hampshire, is accused of killing Robert Prest, 83, with a hatchet and attempting to kill Carlos Quintong, 44, in a separate incident.
A Manchester man charged in connection with a shooting in Brookline in November appeared in court Tuesday while an investigation into a homicide in Lyndeborough that day continues.
