The magistrates courts have continued to process criminals through the system this week, with crimes including drink driving, assault and harassment. Here is a rundown of some of the criminals sentenced recently. Roxanne Duke, 30, of Cheltenham Road, Southend, appeared in court after being caught in the town back on November 5, 2019. She was found driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Bournemouth Park Road, and following a breath test, was found to have 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, which is over the legal limit. She appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court where she admitted the offence and using abusive words and was fined £100. ....
