WADDINGTON The Waddington Concert Series 2021 presents North Country favorites Double Axel on Friday, July 16, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the pavilion at Island View Park overlooking the St. Lawrence River. The three-piece rock band is playing concerts this summer as part of their 50th anniversary tour. We tend to put our own spin on other people’s music. That seems to be how we express ourselves.
