Reporter all visits, programs and services were canceled this weekend. The San Francisco Sheriffs Office put both faciliies on lockdown, saying there has been an increase of attacks on deputies. The Sheriffs Office says since march 29th, inmates have injured seven staff members. Injuries have attacked deputy sheriffs nine time. And inmates are attacking other inmates, too.
