葛巧红李亦博检查指导防汛抢险工作
　　7月18日至22日，我市出现持续强降雨，全市平均降雨量达416毫米，位于我市河流上游的济源、晋城也普降大到暴雨，加之上游水库泄洪，导致我市城区五条纵向泄洪河道和新河、大沙河水位暴涨，大沙河修武段多处出现险情，受到洪水威胁的30余个村庄3.8万余名群众紧急迁安。
　　7月22日中午，市委书记葛巧红，市委副书记、市长李亦博来到市太极体育中心察看城区防汛，到中原路新河桥察看新河行洪情况，到修武县周庄镇大沙河与新河交汇处察看雨情水势，并进行现场调度。
　　14时40分左右，获悉大沙河修武段防汛形势严峻后，葛巧红、李亦博迅速作出指示，并立即赶赴现场，指导防汛抢险工作。
　　在修武县水文站，葛巧红、李亦博一边了解修武县防汛形势是否可控，一边询问大沙河� ....
