Drawing on more than a decade of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Moench is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue and yield strategies, driving revenue and maximizing profitability. Additionally, Moench will provide leadership to the sales & marketing team, overseeing marketing performance, forecasting, and hel ping achieve overall department and resort goals.
Moench joins Montage Deer Valley from The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples, where she served as market director of sales & marketing for the past five years.
