Alan Scott Wilson, age 69, beloved husband of Karen A. Michel of Seymour, died peacefully on January 29, 2021, surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home. Born in New Haven on June 27, 1951, he was the son of the late Louis and Enid Burz Wilson. Mr. Wilson was raised in Ansonia and was a graduate of Ansonia High School. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, as well as a member of the David S. Miles Post, American Legion, Oxford. Mr. Wilson worked as a tractor trailer driver for the RiteWay Express Co., as well as other trucking companies, and prior to his illness, drove for Estes Expresslines for 13 years. He loved camping and, for 20 years, maintained a seasonal campsite at the Lone Oak Campground of East Canaan, CT. Together with his wife, Karen, they enjoyed many memorable cruises, Caribbean trips and visits to Central and South America. They celebrated their love for each other and for the Caribbean by getting married in Jamaica in 2000. Mr. W ....
