Bali Hotels Association Appoints New Chairman and Vice Chair (14 Dec 2020) The Bali Hotels Association (BHA) has appointed Jean Hélière, General Manager of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, as Chairman, and Fransiska Handoko, General Manager of Ristata Bali Resort & Spa, as Vice Chair.
