Dawn Amanda Holder-Maxwell was remembered as an earth angel with a heart of gold and a woman of God who spent her time and her life giving back to others.
The late wife of Bishop of Barbados, The Right Reverend Michael Maxwell, formerly of Lower Estate, St George, passed away on January 13 in the United Kingdom where she went to seek a second opinion and a medical procedure after receiving a diagnosis last November.
Holder-Maxwell’s service of thanksgiving was held this morning at Codrington College, St John, where both she and the Bishop held their wedding reception 23 years ago. ....
