The left wing, so to speak. i don t think that the house freedom kah sucaucus on the rig don t think they re happy because they wanted more concessions. they wanted significant cuts when it comes to federal funding and big federal spending. they didn t get that. they got president biden to the table. they did get some concessions but they re moderate wins at best. and the progressives are happy that president biden did give concessions at all. republicans held them ransom and republicans gave into that. i m not sure any part of this deal will placate them nor does it need to. looking at the contours of the goal, what are standouts here? the big policy goals are hands-off big federal spending programs, like social security and medicare and veterans benefits. in the sense those will not see ....
