The last-place Merrimack Warriors (1-15-0) will miss the Hockey East women’s tournament because of COVID-19 protocols.
Sophomore Emma Gorski of Wallaceburg took over as the Warriors’ top goalie this season while posting a 3.83 goals-against average and .895 save percentage.

Gorski had a 1-14-0 record, but she didn’t receive much offensive support. The Warriors scored only 13 goals in 16 games and were shut out nine times.
