The breeze didnt help that kept wind chills in the dipping into the mid20s by 9 pm with wind chills in the mid teens. On cold nights, it doesnt take much of a breeze to make it feel significantly colder. Clouds will gradually increase overnight, so by the time you head out the door tomorrow morning, well be under mostly cloudy skies with temperatures starting in the low20s. An area of low pressure will skirt offshore tomorrow, so that will keep the clouds around and give some light to moderate snow during the early afternoon hours.
