I started in iti a Technology Company in the 1. 0 world. It was a company that created technology to connect citizens better with government. I ran it for almost nine years. And when i was elected to office four years ago, i was unfortunately more surprised than i wanted to be about how far behind San Francisco government was. This was very 2008, 2009. With you im really proud of the leaps and bounds we have taken as a city. I was proud in 2010 to help move forward legislation to really bring together city departments to work in a coordinated way with our committee on information
