good morning. i am jerry drater, a retired cb a. i served as a civil grand in juy member. there are only four cgoboc meetings per year. i thought it would be useful to share the specific responsibilities to serving and my concerns. when you were worn you took an oath to exercise your responsibilities consistent with with the city charter. the two sections that spell out your responsibilities are article 5 and appendix f. i handed out copies of both. in both sections there are responsibilities you shall execute and responsibilities you may execute. it goes without saying the activities are mandatory. on page 2 of article five i highlighted section 5.31a which numrates what you shall do. section p numrating activities cgoboc may even gauge in. when i served i was concerned the meetings hours were allocated to may even gauge in activities, specifically reviewing the department bond reports to the excuse of the shall activities. on page of article 5.32b i highlighted the ....
