The missing likely including some children two families gathered in a river side Vacation Home for the long weekend. A home washed away off the foundation by a flash flood. The ground is saturated. Forecasters are warning there may be more flash flooding ahead. The Texas Governor greg abbott added 24 more counties to the disaster declaration bringing the total to 37. We are urging all citizens to get out of harms way. Dont risk your lives by trying to not evacuate the water that may be rising. Across the region there have been hundreds of rescues and also some narrow escapes. Come. Reporter nearly 40 counties throughout texas now under an emergency declaration. A dam rupturing just east of austin unable to withhold a historic amount of rain. Its not over. The National Guard called to rescue 13 people including three children trapped in a rental cabin in southeast oklahoma. The water came up quicker than expected. Her husband, found 12 miles away says he tried desperately to save his family but the cabin split in two. She is with her babies and she will be with her babies always in heaven.
