The floods in texas and oklahoma are now blamed for at least 28 deaths and sadly it probably wont stop there because 11 more people have been missing for a week in wimberly, texas, near austin. Today a slowmoving storm threatened to dump as much as five more inches of rain on central and south texas where rivers are still rising. We begin tonight with don dahler whos in carrolton, texas. Reporter for the second day, dallasarea residents woke up to storms. For the second day floodwaters surged on to roadways and into homes. And for the second day people had to be helped to reach dry land. The 100year flood ive heard it all my life. Reporter residents were evacuated from this trailer park north of dallas this afternoon. Its been an exhausting two days for first responders. Yesterday, hundreds of people had to be saved from the rapidly rising waters. A
