The Citrus Community College District Board of Trustees approved the appointment of Richard Rams, Ed.D., as the vice president of student services at its Jan. 19, 2021, board meeting. He will begin his new role on Feb. 3, 2021.
As vice president of student services, Dr. Rams will lead the division focused on providing a safe, positive and inclusive learning community for students. Student services areas include admissions and records; campus safety; counseling and advisement; EOPS, CARE and CalWORKs; financial aid; the Student Health Center; and the Veterans Success Center, among others.
I wish to congratulate Dr. Rams on his appointment, and I am eager to work with him to advance student success at Citrus College, said Dr. Geraldine M. Perri, superintendent/president of Citrus College. The entire Citrus College community will benefit enormously from Dr. Rams leadership and experience. ....
