Philadelphia police are investigating a dui crash that sent two people to the hospital. It happened on roosevelt boulevard near 3rd street in sultanville where the road was briefly shut down while police cleaned up the scene of the accident. Two cars were involved in this crash. At least two people are in the hospital following this crash, also on the boulevard. This happened at fox street in east falls. Three cars collided just before 3 00 this morning.
