The 34,500-square-foot building at 119 State St. in the Capitol Park neighborhood of Detroit has sold to an affiliate of Farmington Hills-based H.W. Kaufman Group, a network of insurance companies. The Capitol Park neighborhood building in downtown Detroit formerly occupied by Southfield-based automotive supplier Lear Corp. has been sold to an affiliate of Farmington Hills-based H.W. Kaufman Group. At least some of the 34,500-square-foot building will become a satellite office for the Kaufman Group network of insurance companies, the chairman, president and CEO of the firm said in an emailed statement confirming the purchase Wednesday evening. ....
