Richard Crosby Jr., 25, of Harwinton, appeared before a federal magistrate judge in Bridgeport later in the day via video conference from a detention cell. He was expected to be released Thursday afternoon. Crosby is among more than 400 people who have been arrested in connection with the Capitol breach.
