This month marks 22 years since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, was first taught in public in China in 1992. It quickly became known for its health benefits and its three main principles: truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. It spread by word of mouth until tens of millions of people in China were practicing it.
