The Woodland Fire Department’s five-year strategic plan was presented to the City Council Tuesday highlighting initiatives meant to strengthen public safety and infrastructure.
Mayor Pro-Tempore Tania Garcia-Cadena, District 3, will become Woodland’s next mayor starting Dec. 5 during the council’s next meeting replacing current Mayor Victoria Fernandez.
